Eye Examination supplementary Charges
Our Optometrists provide comprehensive, high quality eye examinations and for many years we have provided supplementary procedures without charge.
Our position has now had to change as the inadequacy of the NHS fee, pressure to provide more accurate referrals and expectations from the NHS that we will monitor certain conditions in our practices means that in future we will have to charge for procedures not covered by our usual fee.

Extra coloured overlay - £10.00
Full Orthoscopics assessment - £200.00
Reports and Duplicate Prescriptions
Standard Report - £10.00
Full Written Report/Private Referral - £30.00
Duplicate Spectacle or Contact Lens Prescription - £5.00
Dispensing Fees for Spectacles obtained elsewhere (e.g. Safety Specs )
Single Vision - £17.50
Bifocals - £20.00
