Contact Lenses prices still low at Norvilles

At Norville Opticians we have always been committed to providing the best possible eye-care and products for each individual contact lens wearer, but a recent change in regulations has resulted in contact lens supply being relaxed to allow anyone to supply contact lenses to a wearer with a current prescription, rather than just being restricted to Qualified Optometrists.

As our primary responsibility is to the health of your eyes, this change in rules means that we will have to update the way we charge to allow our Optometrists to continue to offer you the best possible eye care. In the past, Norville Opticians have provided contact lenses for a monthly fee which has included the cost of the Optometrists time. We must now separate the professional fee element from the product element of our contact lens charges.

The price for our monthly disposable contact lenses starts from just £6.50 per pair. Our comprehensive aftercare is typically £9.00 a month and includes spectacle examinations and discounts off both spectacles and contact lens solutions. If contact lens wearers choose to not join our Aftercare Scheme, then we will have to charge £47.00 for each contact lens aftercare appointment required.

Planned Replacement Soft Contact Lens Aftercare Scheme

For contact lenses worn every day and removed at night and which are disposed of after a fixed amount of time. These may be daily, monthly, or fortnightly disposable.

£108.00 Per Year (Monthly Fee £9.00)

The fee will include;

Two routine aftercare appointments per year
Routine spectacle Eye Examinations
Any emergency consultations that may be required
20% discount on any spectacles
10% discount on contact lens solutions

In addition, if a scheme member buys their daily, fortnightly or monthly soft contact lenses from Norville Opticians, wherever possible we will supply single soft lenses to replace any that may be lost or damaged accidentally. (A small administration fee may apply)

Part Time Soft Contact Lens Aftercare Scheme

For any soft contact lenses worn only on a part time basis such as for sport or leisure activities. These may be daily, monthly, or fortnightly disposable. £78.00 Per Year (Monthly Fee £6.50)

The fee will include;

Routine spectacle Eye Examinations
Any emergency consultations that may be required
20% discount on any spectacles
10% discount on contact lens solutions
